At Vertex Auto Parts, we proudly offer free shipping on orders exceeding $199, allowing you to enjoy excellent value while purchasing your auto parts. With this service, you can have your items conveniently shipped directly to your door at no extra shipping cost when your total is over $199. For standard shipping, the fee is $9.95. Please note that heavy or bulky items, such as lamps and bumpers, may incur additional charges, especially for deliveries to remote locations. Dispatch and Delivery Times
Orders will be dispatched only once all items are prepared for shipment. Please be aware that the dispatch time for your order will be determined by the item with the longest lead time. If you require any part of your order urgently, feel free to reach out to our customer care team to arrange for individual items to be shipped sooner.
For orders placed before 11 AM, we strive to ship your items from our warehouse on the same day. Orders placed after 11 AM will be processed as quickly as possible; however, we cannot guarantee same-day shipping. While 95% of orders are dispatched within the advertised timeframes, occasional delays may occur due to circumstances beyond our control.
