Faulty, Damaged, or Incorrect Products

At Vertex Auto Parts, we are committed to ensuring our customers are satisfied with their purchases. If you receive a product that is faulty, damaged, not as described, or incorrect, we offer exchanges, refunds, or repairs in accordance with Australian Consumer Law. The request for return is made within 30 days from the date of purchase.

Warranty

All products come with a 6-month warranty, covering defects in materials and workmanship. If your product fails within this period, please contact our support team for assistance with a warranty claim.

  • Damaged or Defective Items: If the item you received is damaged or defective, please notify us within 7 days of delivery.

  • Incorrect Items: If you receive an incorrect item, contact us within 7 days to arrange for a return and replacement or refund.

  • Change of Mind: For items purchased in error, refunds may be issued at our discretion, provided the item is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.

2. Return Process

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  • Items should be in their original condition and packaging.
